Biography

I have worked both as a professional, a teacher and a freelance tutor over the years. My experience in last 15 years is basically teaching, and tutoring students in both local and international schools (Dover International, Tanglin Trust, OFS, GIIS, Yuva Bharti, UWC etc.)

 

Here is a summary of my teaching experiences over the years.

 

Freelance Tutor: Tutoring of students in the primary and secondary levels on Maths, Science, English and Hindi at United World College, Overseas Family School, Yuva Bharti Indian School, Global Indian International school, Local schools and Working Professionals (Hindi) from 2013-2025.

 

Tutoring of Accounting to the Tertiary level Students from Singapore Institute of Management, Nanyang Technological University and Higher NITEC Accounting-NIE. Economics tutoring for IGCSE levels 9 and 10 students.

 

Officer In Charge (Associate Director): From Dec. 2020, I was working for Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) - Branch Office as Officer In Charge. Our branch office serves as a nodal point for all ICAI Chapters in the Indo-Pacific region, namely, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangkok, Vietnam, also Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and New Papua Guinea. I was responsible for interactions between ICAI and the Chapter Chairs and also address any needs of our CA members in the Asia-Pacific region.

 

Freelance Tutor (2024 onwards): Tutoring accounting to a student from Yuva Bharti International School. Also, Hindi and science to students from local and international schools.

 

Part Time Teacher in Dimensions International School: Teaching Basic Commerce and Management to Sec 2 IGCSE, Accounting to Sec. 4 IGCSE.

 

Also, Tutoring students in A level accounting, Level 7 student in UWC (Maths), Level 7 student in Tanglin Trust (Maths).
